Bookings on Rentofinder are available exclusively for monthly rentals. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, all payments must be made through the Rentofinder platform. We kindly request that users refrain from making direct payments to property owners, as this could lead to complications and may not be covered under our policies. For the best experience, we encourage you to continue using Rentofinder for all future payments during your stay. Making arrangements directly with the owner outside of Rentofinder is not supported and could result in account restrictions. - Property Listings
Property owners are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their rental properties, including photographs, amenities, and rental prices. Rentofinder does not verify the accuracy of these listings but encourages users to report any discrepancies. - Responsibilities of Property Owners
Property owners are required to ensure that the property is in a habitable condition and meets all local laws and regulations. Rentofinder is not responsible for the maintenance or legality of the properties listed. - Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for paying rent on time, adhering to the rules of the property, and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the rental agreement. All future payments should be processed exclusively through Rentofinder. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days in advance to the property owner. Refunds are subject to the owner’s discretion and in line with Rentofinder policies. - Payment Exclusivity
Users are required to process all rental payments exclusively through the Rentofinder platform for the entire duration of their tenancy. Any attempt to establish direct financial transactions or alternate arrangements with property owners, circumventing the Rentofinder payment system, is considered a breach of this agreement. Such actions may result in serious ramifications, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of your account, legal proceedings, or other actions deemed appropriate by Rentofinder. The integrity of the platform depends on adherence to this policy to ensure transparency, security, and compliance with our terms. - Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or disagreements between tenants and property owners, Rentofinder will offer assistance to a reasonable extent, facilitating communication and attempting to mediate a resolution. However, Rentofinder cannot be held liable for unresolved disputes, and users are ultimately encouraged to resolve such matters directly. We will strive to ensure a smooth experience but do not assume full responsibility for conflict resolution beyond our platform’s scope. - Privacy and Security
